Your data is collected by the HOLDER.
Personal data refers to all the information related to an identified or identifiable physical person (the person concerned). It is understood as identifiable a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, especially by reference to a name, an identification number (DNI, NIF, NIE, passport) or one or several specific elements, specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity.

The generic data that will be collected are: Name and surnames and email address. Other data may be collected, if the User has been informed.

For what purpose is your personal data treated?

The purpose of the processing of personal data that can be collected is mainly for the usage by the HOLDER, to manage the relationship with you, to be able to offer you products and services according to your interests, improve your user experience and, where applicable, to process your requests or orders. A business profile based on the information you provide will be created. There won’t be automated decisions based on said profile.

The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, provided that the deletion is not requested by the interested party, or during the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

The data will be registered in the client’s file and their treatment will be registered in the registration of treatments that the holder must have (before May 25, 2018 it could also be included in the file prepared with personal data registered in the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency) or competent authority of the respective Autonomous Community). What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?
